I am sure this has already been discussed, but what are the best summer/high-performance tires for the S4?

On my B5 S4 I tried a set of the Falkin RT-615's and liked them. As with all of those types of tires you had to be careful of standing water. I have used auto-X tires in the summer on a number of cars and think it is a great way to go if you can live with the short service life.

    Cheers,
    Jim

I went with the Hankook ventus V12's also...I figure if I hate them at least I don't have too much money wrapped up in them.

V12's here.... zero regrets. Better than my dunlop direzzas were and less dough too. Cant justify north of a grand for an 8 thousand-10k shelf life.
