OEM Shift Knob?

Does anyone know where I can find an Audi shift knob (5 spd) that would fit my A4? I like the one that came with the car but the chrome ring is starting to flake off. I have been looking and I can't find any. The only things I can find are RS4 boots and knobs...

There's no Audi dealer around here either...
