Annual: SKIDMRK's winter wheels are on thread.

Last seasons alphards went to a new home, so got the replacements all done last weekend. Just havent had a chance to take any non cell phone pics till today. These should work fine but will probably throw a 5mm spacer in the front. You want a narrow tire for snow use, right?

I have a hard time getting over the fact your winter set-up is nicer than most "summer" set-ups! I've always liked your cars style, this just solidifies that...

looks great. are those grids or IK-R's? im assuming grids, i don't think the new ones come in anything over 17 or 18 yet.

im in for the wheel and any spacer specs. just need width and offset :)

^fuck that, i dont want grids. im trying to determine what width and offset i need for my car.

shit isnt easy to figure out when you have pulled fenders and the factory lines shaved... so you need to find people who actually poke on factory and then add an inch or so lol.

thanks guys. honestly, the fitment isn't really all that special.

    Front and rear:
    Rota Grid 18x9.5 et20 73mm 5x114.3
    hub rings
    wobble bolts
    siped Falken 512 215/40/18
5mm spacer in the rear just for shits and giggles. will probably throw a 5mm in the front too.

did take some front fender and liner work for clearance, and yes, the rears do rub over big dips. dont event think about trying this on a non coil-over setup. won't be stiff enough.

hmmm so lemme make sure i have this right - since spacers go directly between the hub and the wheel you can directly subtract that 5mm right? i don't wanna order wheels that are 19x10 et 15 and then have way too much.. know what i mean? lol, that's a lotta wheel to waste. what size are your MAE's? im thinking of stretching a 235 on a 10 or 10.5 inch wheel, didn't know if that'd be enough

why do your votex sides look cleaner than mine? mine have a little area that pops out the back where it is not flush. did you have to trim that? looks good, but i still would prefer less stretch.... that is just my opinion.

That's a 452, they have stiffer sidewalls than the 512s like mark is running so they don't stretch as much. I had 235/40/18 512s on my 18x10s before swapping them out for 225/40s, I like the 225s much better
