    Added a set of B6 Passat base racks on my B7...

    Well, after reading some comments on the B6 boards, I decided to buy some Passat Base Bars and modded them to fit my B7...install isn't hard, abut 1.5 hours..over all I'm happy and the $56 price is HELLA nice

    Thanks! The racks can be removed from the car in about <5 mins with the special tool/key included. @Clemsonget- the racks are on clearance from VW and you can get them from ECS or I just ordered mine from Genuineaudiparts.com . They were on backorder and waited a few weeks to have them sent, but to me it was worth it. The good thing about these racks is you can attach Yakima farings to them or use most about any manufactured bike, storage, etc unit with this!!
