So lately, my passenger side exterior door handle has been acting up. When I unlock the car (either remote or key in drivers side lock), the passenger side handle has to be lifted TWICE to open the door. It only has to be lifted twice to open the door the first time after being unlocked. It feels like the linkage doesn't fully unlock or something, and when you lift the handle the first time, it helps the linkage get all the way unlocked, then the second pull opens the door.

Once unlocked and opened it works fine until the next time I lock/unlock/open. 95% of the time it is just me driving and not an issue until I have to give someone a ride and we play the unlock/door handle game and they think my "luxury" car is a POS.

Can anyone shed some light on the issue?
