bunch of clips behind the upper and lower grilles, you should be able to see them with the hood open, squeeze them together and push forwards, the grill should pop out little by little

should be a bunch of threads on this if you search for it, i'm just to lazy to search for you right now

Upper has 4 allen bolts that come off then the grill slides off. Lower, just pull evenly across the whole thing, and it pops out. Fogs, there are two clips that you need to pull towards each other and then it pops out. The second piece that goes around the fog housing just pulls off as well. no clips on that one. this is for a C5, unsure if your in a C4/C6 (but then again you would be in the C6 forum, just covering the bases)

Josh, I found this is only true for the all of the facelift C5's and prefacelift 4.2's. For the prefacelifts vinchenzo's method is the one to use.

Actually I just did this Saturday, getting them out is easy but putting in the top grill is a pain in the a$$. If you don't want to go through removing your hood latch then reattaching, you can simply do it sliding it back in before popping in the top/side set of clips. BUT make sure you slide the latch in from the left (if you are look at your car), because the plastic gaurd piece is jussssst a little smaller on that side, allowing you to force the latch back into the opening. after that its easy, just pop back the remaining clips and tada. The other set of grills are way easier.
