The 70mm DBW throttle Body upgrade is the ultimate bolt on throttle body upgrade for your B5/B6 DBW 1.8T Audi A4.
Increase your throttle response and hp on your K04/GT28RS/GT2871R/GT4202 project by allowing more air into the engine are part throttle and WOT.

Increase your throttle plate surfance area by 26% going from 2827mm2 to 3848mm2

• Brand new 70mm Bosch DBW throttle body
• T6061 machined adapter plate w/ 1/8" NPT tap
• (8) M6 stainless steel hardware
• OEM stock 1.8T throttle body gasket
• OEM stock Audi S4 throttle body gasket
• 3" to 2" transition silicone hose
• 3.25" T-Bolt clamp

FAQs about the INA 70mm DBW throttle body upgrade:

- Will this give me lots of horsepowers?
Gains depend on your current turbo configuration and tuning. We have seen minimal gains in K04 Equipped vehicles and as much as a 11whp gain in a GT28RS equipped B6. We do not expect you to make 25+whp but you will notice a difference from the first test drive.

- Will this work with my current intercooler piping?
This all depends on where / how your intercooler pipe is oriented. The kit comes standard with a 3" to 2" silicone transition hose but we can supply a 3" to 2.5" 90* for additional if need be.Simply email us and we can work out a solution for you.

- Is the TPS complete plug and play?
Yes, the connector will be completely plug and play.

- Do you sell refurbished throttle bodies?
Yes we do , all our throttle bodies are tested before leaving this facility. We have a few used units that we clean up and test which can be had for a cheaper price but we wont publically advertise them. Feel free to send over an email if you are interested.

- I allready have an B5 Audi S4 2.7TT throttle body. Will you sell the kit without your throttle body
Yes we will. Make sure you have a throttle body with the following Bosch Part #'s:

349 USD for just the throttle body and adapter plate. We have added some extra components and changed up the design of the plate a bit as well as using brand new Bosch throttle bodies. If you want a throttle body like the one in the image below we can definitely work something out.

I received my kit and can say the workmanship on the adapter plate is flawless. Great price also Issam, very pleased with the kit and the quality stainless hardware. This will also support some additional performance goals I am considering in the near future and my TB was on the way out so this was a great purchase for me.
