Wiper arms

I have a 2003 A6 2.7T and need to replace both of my wiper arms, not just the blades. The driver's side I can rotate easily by hand. It is way loose, and a bit rusted. The passenger one, the place where the blade attaches to is rusted, and dos not rotate that slight bit to give a clean wipe, and therefor leaves a center area on the windshield that is not wiped. I have searched for a place to buy them, but can't find it. Hope someone can help please.
