Here's the pedals:

Pre-install work:
1. Remove the brake pedal, which was probably the easiest part for me today. Use both hands, I just yanked it out and slided it down and it was out.
2. Remove the dead pedal, which wasn't as bad as it seem from other sites. Unhooked it at the top, yank it out with some strength. I did not get all 5 clips at once, sort of did them one by one and I only broke half of one of the clips. After that, I got my hands between the side panel and the hinge on the side of the dead pedal and worked it out from under it.
So after all that, I started to do my install.
First, I thought for sure the gas pedal would be the easiest. Everywhere I have read, it tells me the gas pedal is just a slide on, but for the life of me, I cannot get it to work. I must have spend 30 min and I STILL cannot get it on fully.
Here's a picture of the back of the gas pedal:

The picture is actually reversed, but basically, the bottom right corner would end up covering the top right corner of your gas pedal. But I can only get the long (full side) side and the bottom of the pedal to go into place. I gave up after 30 min since it seems to hold it's place pretty well and until I can come up with a better way of getting it on, I am leaving it for now.
I had less trouble with the brake pedal thankfully, I sort of worked the rubber a bit to make it looser and easier to work with. It's actually easier to install than the S4 one that came with the car. Just make sure the metal plate slides into the gap on the left side (when facing you) and also at the bottom of the pedal, then just put the two plugs into the slot. You can only really feel the left one since the right one is where the pedal is attached to the car, you can stick you figure through the hole to feel and make sure the plug is in properly but I didn't have any problem with that one. I had a problem with the left plug as it didn't seem to want to go in and it kept bending in a way that I cannot push it in. Eventually, I got it to work around 10-15 min from removing old to installing new.
Then on to the dead pedal. I wasn't sure what to do with the hooks that goes behind the kick panel on the side. At this time, I had to decide between trying to pop and loosen the panel up to install it properly or just putting the dead pedal in without rehooking it under the side panel. At the end, I chose the easier route because I see no harm in it. It will hold in place since it still has the 5 clips that attach to the floor of the car and the clip that attaches near the VAG Com cable and the light. At my next service, I might try talking the dealer into fixing it for me.
Here's how it looks after all it done.

You can see a small gap to the left of the dead pedal, that part is where the side panel is suppose to go into to lock it into place.
When all was set and done, it was 8pm. So it took me a full 2 hours, both knees and elbows were red from kneeling and installing the stuff and still wasn't fully done. I will admit, I am not much of a handy person, and hopefully you guys will have a much easier time installing yours. If you do, please tell me how exactly can I install the damn gas pedal properly?
Was it worth it? I guess so. The brake pedal feels better (could be imaginary) can't really tell the difference on the gas pedal but the dead pedal, you can feel the grip. It looks better than stock for sure though. Anyhow, bed time.
