LED reverse lights

i have the LED license plate lights with the LED tails. On the ibis white it looks amazing! But, when i shift into reverse and that incandescent light bulb turns on, it kills me. i need a bright, LED replacement asap!

what size is the of bulb, and has anyone done this?

you need the "T13 & 921 Miniature Wedge Base bulbs"

get some 100ohm resistors fr each side to eliminate error codes and the chance of blowing the bullbs

if you search my threads, i made a diy for how to do it. its turn signals for a b6 a4 but the process is the same

I have done this before and i just used some LEDs i got from my local auto accessory shop for 15 bucks and it works without throwing errors. extremely easy swap/mod

i used a brand called eurolite from my local auto store. looks the same as my door puddle lamps: where it shoots in 5 directions

we are talking about reverse light inside the taillight right?
I see your signature says you have license plate and door puddle lamps but it doesn't say anything about reverse light (which is what we are talking about in this thread) and the picture above is also picture of LEDs used for door lights(?). Just making sure..
