Where are the center caps??

One of them is missing the center part that has the Audi rings. Decided to keep them off till I find a cheap replacement cap since it would probably look wierd with only 3 caps on.

Are those Hartmann DTM reps or another brand?

They are Hartmann, but they are the RS4-131 reps that the DTM's replaced. They main difference is the DTM's were designed to run without center caps, but caps could be modified to fit--these require center caps. They discontinued them about 3 or 4 years ago.
