haz, basically you can pretty much guess how we did on one of our photos. We had to take a shot of each individual panel making the same amount of light was splashed on the car and then we layered all the photos of different panels to make the final look. It was a bit of an experiment for my mate who did it all but it worked out ok. Problem is you don't really see the car in detail.

Yeah wheels are a big issue for me at the moment. I'm not sure if i want to go for black wheels or silver and what model to go for exactly. i really like the oem look of the 19" b5 rs4 rims but on the other hand would like something like the rotiform Blq's or something like the vmr's 701 in black. Tough one. Also my car is pretty low at the moment (for aussie roads anyway) You can't really see but my Stasis coil overs give the car a really cool stance.

glad you guys like it. I want to get a black grille combo but i'm not sure which one to go for. Someone offered an ABT back here but i'm not sure i like the look.

For you, 3pc BLQ but with matte grey center... so clean... just make sure you go at least 9.5 wide!

Thanks...and yeah I can see some dude holding a diffusion panel, I was just unsure if the car was lit all at once with multiple light sources or panel by panel as you described. Seems tedious but the end results are great.

Pretty sure they're the same ones that were on the silver S6 used to show them off when they came out... if so they're 19x10 et33 front and 19x11 et33 rear.

It's funny you mention 19" B5 RS4 wheels--I just threw mine on yesterday and had forgotten how much I love them! Definitely a timeless wheel that works on multiple platforms. I'll be sure to post pics soon. BTW, your car and pics are rad!

Come on then.. show us! Right now i have to admit that i'm so hot for black 19" blq's. I wonder how it would all work with my stasis coil overs and 19" rims, would i have to just stick to 35 offset ?

The only pic I have at the moment is a shitty phone pic (may post it shortly). BLQ's are crazy awesome and can't really go wrong with them. How low are you running your coils? I have mine at roughly 25" all around with 19x8 et 35 with 8mm spacers up front and 10mm out back (235/35 rubber). It all depends on how low you want to run your coils and how wide a wheel you want to go with. I'm sure brian could chime in with width/offset combinations that would suit you.

thanks ... we will probably keep it as our weekend family car (it already has all the audio / video needed to keep the kiddies happy for any extended period of time). plus its rare enough that we get all sorts of compliments everywhere we go. my wife uses the range rover for daily activities (in city trips). I jsut hate having 2 gas guzzlers in our posession ... i was trying to score a 996 turbo for a "fun / daily driver" for me ...

but living in the sf and workign down the street, that doesnt really make a whole lot of sense. or so my wife tells me ...

Faked the tilt shift in Photoshop. I wanted to hide the lumberyard in the background. Also removed the handicap markings in the ground next to the car. The car itself is untouched. Tint it 40%, and I love it. I didn't want to go too dark or too light, and I think 40% was perfect. Here's one more:

Yea the lighting was horrible and it was under street light. I would like to go lower but living in the city with bad roads and having to drive up a driveway into the garage is a no go low for me.
