guys, its a ko4.. This isnt a gt30.. You can run a ko4 just fine on stock tuning.. A LOT of guys have done it over the years, including a good amount of the s4 guys that put in ko4's but no tune or fueling.. The ecu/tune isnt the issue.. well maybe its in limp mode, but the car will run fine with a ko4 on stock stuff for now..

The k04 is advertised as an upgrade that does not need any other attachments, BW worked close with Audi in making the K04-015 so that it could be run on a stock tune without major issues. Now that being said, it's always good idea to get a new tune for the vehicle with supporting mods as you run less chance of fu*king something up and you usually gain more power by getting a proper tune.

From the sounds of it, OP have you replaced your DV? If you're running an upgraded turbo on the stock tuning, I have a feeling that you over looked replacing the DV to either a Bosch 710n or any other aftermarket DV. The stock DV that comes in our cars is NOT meant to handle anything past the K03.

i have not replaced the DV but do u think it could have anything to do with the N75 valve not applying the proper pressure to the wastegate to tell it to open at the right time?
