    15,000miles/25,000km Service Report

Just came back from Pfaff Audi for the 25,000km service. Car feels tighter now, somehow. There was a CEL last week, but it disappeared. They told me there's a pressure lost (Vagcom says something about 'Too Lean') somewhere, but they can't find it and it's not affecting drivability. So there's nothing to do for it at the moment. They did something to the rattles on my left vent, and so far, I haven't heard anything, but more testing is needed.

They also found a problem with my HR OE springs. Apparently, some bolt is cross-threaded or something, and it's been hanging loose this whole time. There's some play to it, and that's the clunk I heard every time I go over a bump. I thought it was just some fender liner rubbing, but it was a real issue. I guess Independent Tuning missed this one. Must've been a Friday or something. They fixed it under warranty.

Anything fixed under your 15,000/25,000km service?

Ryan, you are at 25000Km already? did they void your suspension warranty because of aftermarket springs in place? who fixed the problem under warranty, Independent Tuning?

Pfaff fixed it for me all under warranty. When they were done, they gave me my keys back and sent me on my way. Not even a mention of fees. Excellent service. They have Stasis cars in the showroom, so it seems like they're pretty understanding of mods. I heard a lot of good things about Independent Tuning. This mistake won't keep me from going back to them. The car feels even more composed now.

So maybe that was the problem which cause the slightest of floaty sensation you felt on the highway that you have mention before in another post?

Yeah, I am bringing in mine for 25K service here soon. I will address the Vent smelling like fish/vinegar here, tried turning on the heat to HI to dry out the system. But problem still persist.
