So yesterday we had a sub-max competition on the legpress at our gym. Note that I have never attempted anything like this and I usually never do any leg machine exercises other than road biking (which I did earlier that day). I started out just fine, I got to around 50 reps and I felt tired, but immediately as I finished I had the WORST headache in the world. It felt like my head was about to explode it was hurting so bad. I got off, layed down and it kinda cooled off after a couple of minutes. Later that night it felt a little better and I went home, took some Motrin and went to sleep. This morning I wake up and I notice my headache is still there! When I go to climb the stairs to my place it starts to feel even worse. Well just moving it around in general feels bad too. Im gonna go see a doctor soon but do any of yall have suggestions or have had this problem before?
