So last night we were sitting on the couch watching something on TV, and i was on AZ (of course), and she turns to me and say:

GF: How much do you think it would be for a Turbo kit for your car would be?
ME: I'm not too sure, i'd guess the ballpark of $5000
GF: Do you want to get a Turbo upgrade?
ME: I wouldn't mind one, but not a K04, it would have to be bigger for me to enjoy it
GF: well lets save up some money and get one
ME: Are you serious?
GF: yep, why would i make this up, I see the way you like to mod your car and i think a Turbo upgrade will make you happy
ME: this is sweet, BUT WHATS THE CATCH!!!
GF: No catch, you just have to help me mod my car more and i will call it even

So now it looks like we are going to be saving up money for a Turbo Upgrade.

I do to be honest. We were talking about the option for a Turbo upgrade or getting a new car (as much as i would like a new car, i can't justify it right now and plus the only other car i'd want right now is a 2010 S4, but i'd want it to be a CPO; which means i will have to wait a couple of years) So she said just get a turbo upgrade for your current car so when you are ready to pull the trigger on a S4, you will have the speed you want. She is pretty smart about all this, i was just going to mod the exterior a bit more and leave it at that, but i guess if she can justify me getting a BT, then i guess i have to do it.

I really don't expect her to pay for any of this, she is just the angle and devil on my sholders....lol

baby steps. We currently live together and have been together for about 2 years. My family loves her and her family loves me. We are going to be getting married in about 2 years. So that is in the works too...

My GF is just getting into cars too, she had no choice really. I live on AZ, she got me my suspension and is willing to help if my car were moddable. She's looking at getting this A4 if I help her mod it.

^^This. Been married twice. The funny thing is that the girl doesn't even know she's doing this...it's a wierd, subconscious thing. It will come out years later when you should have "grown up" but are still messing around with cars.
