Couple Codes

I have two codes that I need some clarification with.

The first,

P0106 - Manifold / Barometric Pressure Sensor (G71) / (F96): Implausible Signal

Pretty basic^^ MAP related. My MAP sensor is very new ~1000-2000k miles old. I cleaned it and popped it back in. Will check code again later.

The second code and the one I need help with,

P0238 - Manifold Pressure/Boost Sensor (G31): Signal too High

I can't get a clear answer on which sensor this is and would like to figure it out. After searching, I was getting all types of answers, the majority of them pointed towards the MAP sensor as well.

Both are referring to your MAP sensor. On certain engine models the G31 MAP sensor and the G42 IAT are incorporated into the same sensor (G71).

Did a quick search and found this thread, I am having the same P0238 code. Just wondering what I need to replace to clear this code?

MAP Sensor for me. (well actually it was a wire that connected to the MAP sensor harness that was severed).

that actually sounds about right, the car was in a front end wreck, i'll head to the shop now and see what i find. As well as take some pics.
