running a drop in bosch 044. only issue was having to use the spacers on the 034 rails in order to get the injectors to seat properly..

    1. uses AN fittings so I dont have to worry about adapting the stock line anywhere.

    2. dont wanna pull the stock fuel filter ever again. this unscrews and u can change the filter inside in 2 minutes.

    3. flows better than a stocker.

    4. its nice looking.

Damn, that looks super-neat. That rat's nest above the intake manifold sure is a sore in the eye on stockers.

Yea, the stainless braided lines are overdone in my opinion. wanted to go for a different look. they only come in black and blue.

Yea the protective weaving has seen better days but the hose itself is ok. it leak tested ok but i will replace it b4 getting tuned. i wish i had E85 around me. my stock rails were beat up from the previous owner. it looked like he used a screwdriver and a hammer to force seat the injectors and rails... so instead of paying for a new stock rails, I decided to upgrade..

right now I have the FPR set a tad over 40psi which is equivalent to the stock 3 bar FPR. the big benefit of the ev14 injectors is that they are tested at 3 bar so there is no need to bump pressure. adjustability is never a bad thing, so if bumping the pressure helps the tune/IDC... it will be bumped higher.

I had pinhole leaks on the connectors where the AN meets the rail. copper washer etc.. still leaked..

yea, ive driven the car already. no leaks. you are leaking between the rail and the AN coupler? you should be using an o-ring, not a copper washer.

Is that FPR installed correctly? Looks like the outlets of each fuel rail go into the FPR. Where does it bleed fuel pressure to? Is there a return port on the FPR we can't see in these pics?

it is a return system. the line on the bottom of the FPR taps into the stock return line.
