    CEL keeps coming on!!

so a bit ago the CEL came on and i pulled the P0010 code. I did some research and replaced the Camshaft Position Sensor on the front of the valve cover by the timing belt. Cleared the code and drove it a bit, then the CEL came back on. but not till the engine warmed up a bit. Can this be engine temp related?? What else could it be that is triggering the CEL??

Those arent a common problem. You may be able to see it by pulling the top cover off of the timing belt. Make sure its still plugged in and if it is i would just replace it.

Your Cam chain tensioner could be failing as well. I had this problem and tried replacing the sensor first but ended up having to bite the bullet.

i changed out the cam sensor behind the timing belt cover. Just from doing research on forums it doesn't seem to be "clicking" like it should if the cam chain tensioner were bad. is there anything else that can cause a P0010?

P0010 indicates a problem with the camshaft position actuator circuit not the camshaft position sensor. Unplug the actuator and check resistance across the pins. You should see 5 to 8 Ohms resistance. If not, replace the position actuator. If it checks out then check the supply voltage to the actuator. With the key turned on you should see 12v from pin 1 to ground.
