    Deciding on cosmetics

So guys I am looking to focus on some cosmetic stuff on my car.

First, excuse the shitty picture and even shittier photoshop skills.

Now I want to paint my wheels like a gunmetal color(if I buy new wheels suspension comes the same time and i'm not quite ready to shell out those big bucks). I am kind of lost on what I want to do with the lowers. A couple ideas I had were to paint it a darker gunmetal color or black(picture 2 & 3 respectivly), color match and make the door blades black or gunmetal, or lastly just stop trying to be different and color match all the lowers.

For additional parts I want to do a usp lower front and maybe those vortex side skirts, but not planning on anything else as it gets too pricey. Let me know what you guys think

    1 Stock

    2 wheels + darker lowers

    3 wheels + black lowers

4 wheels + matched lowers with black doorblades

I kinda like the color matched lowers with dark door blades. looks good with your car color.

yea, might as well find a way to make em look good until I get some new wheels.

The way I see it with new wheels comes new rubber and coilovers. That is a lot of cash at one moment and i'm not sure I want to put that much into this car.

if you don't plan to lower don't do anything except maybe paint the lowers. otherwise it'll look like trash.

Honestly out of all the variants the oem look in the top pic looks best. You can get away with putting decent 17" with tires running stock suspension.

Definitely paint your lowers, then save up to buy some wheels. I wouldn't paint your stockers especially a dark color since they are only 16s they will look like steelies.

i have been playing with ideas for mine too.

right now i am leaning tword lowers and door bottoms color matched beige and leaving the DHT side skirts i have sitting next to my desk black to match the window and grill trim.
I think black door bottoms, painted sides, then black DHT skirts might be overboard.
