Problems with Unitronic Stage-II file... in Cleveland now

so im at HS Tuning right now.. i had Unitronic stage 1+ flash for a week and the car ran great, spiking 18psi and holding 17psi through every gear... Today we swapped the injectors to tt225's, and flashed my car with stage 2 file.... went for a test drive - im spiking 15psi and holding 14psi..... Jeff (HS Tuning owner) talked to someone at Unitronic and turns out there was a ecu revision something something..... we flashed my car again with revised file, went for a test drive, and im still spiking 15 and holding 14..... called Unitronic guys but noone answers anymore, cause its 6 pm....

guys who have stage II, did u have any issues like this?... do u have any input at all?...

maybe someone from Uni is online?.. i need help guys... its a 3 hour drive 1-way for me, its really becoming a pain in the ass..... we emailed boost-logs to Lavi at Unitronic but we havent got a response yet....

as of right now we're flashing my car back to stage 1+ and swapping the injectors back... im kinda dissapointed, but we still wanna figure out why its doing what its doing...

any help will be greatly apreciated...

sorry for you, I can't help but I can say that I've never had any issues with my Uni's stage2 and it's most often peaks at 20-21psi... good luck!

david, thats whats f*cked... 100% of people gave only positive reviews... looks like im the 1st one to have issues.. but im sure we'll get it resolved this coming week..

Damn, that sucks. Seems a bit of of character for Uni... their off the shelf files are usually pretty plug in play.

you probably have a boost leak that started the day you got an upgraded flash. I was pushing 18psi for 3 years on my diode mod set up with zero issues and the day i got REVO my jet suction pump went bad. Im sure something similar is going on in your case

I emailed them 3 times in a week with no reply asking information on their big turbo products from two different emails just to make sure spam wasnt catching them

I think in the end this will prob turn me to another company such as Revo as well unfortunately - I hear their customer service is bangin and they know wtf they are doing when it comes to some gtrs elim kits

The problems are mostly the fact that they do things that most other companies do not. All of their files are awesome.

its too early to bash Uni for this, the only thing - i wish they worked a little faster as far as getting back to customers about problems/question.....

I don't get why yu guys don't follow up with a phone call. Write the email, no response then call! Everytime I cal tech @Uni they are there giving great support.

sometimes jeff takes a long time to get back with you, but he usually always does though. I am waiting on hearing from him too. Don't feel bad.

for stage 1+ yeah i did get charged.. for stage 2 is was an extra 100 which i didnt have to pay since it didnt work... but im gonna try and get rid of 1+ as well and get my money back and go to revo.. uni just lost a client.. all cause some numbnutts is runnibg communications department..
