Ok I got my design skills to work and look what I came up w/ (ALOT OF PICS)

Ok, so after owning the S4 for two weeks my stupid neighbor decided to back into my car. She only scuffed it but I was pissed and demanded that they pay for an new bumper. I wouldn't have done this but she decided to act like a real biotch after she hit it. The only words that came out of her mouth were "I hate it when you guys park there" (infront of my driveway), the worst part is that this is the first I've ever parked there and I haven't ever before in fear that she would actually hit it. She is actually the one who always parks on the other side of the street, and right infront of my driveway. Anyhow I wasen't able to get them to replace the whole bumper but, I got them to pay for the bottom lip.

Brand new from audi they come primered flat-ish dark grey. So, I went to the shop as soon as it arrived and took some (green 3m stuff) painters stuff. I masked it off in the pattern that looked like the euro rears (half way inbetween the pre-facelift rear, and the facelift rear). I think over all it came out pretty good. but you be the judge:

And well since I haven't really started a my project thread here goes all the mods I've done in the three weeks of ownership:













Bought some superleggera's (5, including a matching spare)





Then, I bought an alcantara interior (option I've been looking for forever):







Installed








Then I ordered the lightest flywheels they make for our cars:









Then I decided to buy a third set of wheels (AT Italia RS4 reps):








Then, I bought some MTM coils. Don't worry I'm not using the stock shock absorbers, the only reason they are mounted on some is because the seller sent me with some (they have 27k miles) Lmk if interested in buying these I have no use for them.












Then I started going for go-fast mods so I ordered an AMS chip, and bought some APR 2.5" powder coated dp's with "test pipes". Don't have a pic of the ecu but w/e:

















Then I got a Euro tag (very euro lol), and a silicone hose kit:















After that I went back to interior modding, got an RNS-D and a Euro-spec s4 shift knob (I hate the US spec Fatass one)





and last my last mod which I will install tomorrow:

where did you get the nav system? and how much did you pay

I paid almost 700 for it but I had to source some parts like the plug and play harness, a TMC module that connects to the cluster, a nav cd for my area, etc.

i really like the bumper, and the other mods are good too, seems like your jumping right into moding the car quick, its looks good tho. the only other thing you need to do is ditch the woodgrain trim, mine looks the same right now lol, but im doing it piano black soon.

I think that this is a really nice look. I am not, however, a fan of the dual (quad) exhaust. I kinda like it just jutting out the one side.

I JUST got my ASP 89mm exhaust, and HOLY SHIT are the tips mega huge. I think it'd fill out your bumper pretty well.

awesome! great custom work. I like how the black breaks up the solid silver bumper.. that is always something Ivehated about my car, but the euro rear bumpers are so ungodly expensive. btw, how much did that navi cost you and what else did you have to do to get it to work?

Thanks man, an s4 is something i've always wanted but since i was lawas jumping back and forth between bmw and aud i never really owned one that I looved! I'm deff keeping this one for a long time.

It's just an idea at the moment, I really want to find the right tips for the job. Either way that stock exhaust is getting yanked out soon :D

I NEVER thought someone would have the same idea I had about painting the stock s4 bumper to look like the euro bumper. Ill be honest when I thought about doing it in my head I felt like a cheap bastard but that turned out great and has definatly motivated me to do the same except im taking it one step further and bondo'ing up the 2 piece line first. Gotta love "radiant silver metallic" duplicolor. Im probably gonna go a little darker on mine. I wish I had the cash to buy real rims, heh.

FWIW, those are definitely not APR downpipes...

They are, the'y just been modified (one more than the other be cause it was damaged during shipping so it had to be re-welded at athe top part.) added flex joints, welded test pipes, and powder coated.

Yea it's riduculous, I have an extra set of aluminum set and another (plastic a4 fake aluminum trim that I can source) so I might get someone to do something. I have the idea of tinting the original trim because I would looove to have the dark wood trim the MB's have.

I'm actually going to be doing the same thing. Don't use bondo though. It is much too brittle and will crack eventually. 3M makes Flexible sandable bumper adhesive, that is what I am going to use. It's a more expensive than bondo but it is going to last. I'll let you know how mine comes out when I am done.

Well, the problem is her husband is actually a cool guy (hes the one i delt w/ when i needed their insurance info) and the woman lives accross the street from me so that woulda been a bad idea.
