Wierd noise

I get a really annoying high pitched sound every morning, coming from my gas tank area... It could be my gas pump but im not sure. It usually occurs in the early morning when its cold and usually stops by noon or so. Has anyone had this problem?

Gas tank area, could be the fuel pump, this is usually the noise made when it is on its way out, if still under warranty I would take it in.

I've been hearing a strange rattle from mine for the first little bit when I start it up. Almost like it needs to warm up. I have my back seat out right now though so I may be hearing more than I normally would though.
