You know, it's kinda strange how our society works and how as a business, we're expected to act a certain way or "carry ourselves" in a certain manner, otherwise we're labeled as "unprofessional" or "no good" or whatever rhetoric you want to label that theory with. You sit here as a business (or rather a fella who sells parts for a living, I should say) and read Dubluv (Demetri from Toronto) and his wild stories and wonder "Okay, I have proof that this character is lying, but how can I present this without making him look silly or look like you're attacking him? Is that even possible? Should I post it and risk embarrassing him, be as nice as possible (yet still call him out), or just post up what you need, what you have, and let the rest fall where it may?" Well, I don't think there is anything other way to just come out and a call a guy a "liar', but here it is, Demetri. If you're going to get on a public forum and trash us and ridicule us, you best have some facts to back this up, because we do and here they go.
I'm entering this post into our Top 10 most ridiculous posts of all time. The number of flat-out blatant lies are overwhelming. Where to begin...

i dunno maybe its just cause i'm from canada but when you place an order do you usually have to wait 2 months to recieve it?
all over the vortex there were threads "does anybody else have this problem with mjm??"
people would sometimes call in to inquire about they're orders and get hung up on or be given attitude..
I'm actually amazed they are still in business to be quite honest with you...thats how poor their customer service is
First of all, no customer in the history of MJM Autohaus has
ever waited two months for an order unless it was a Special Order item and they were absolutely, positively aware of the duration at which their item was to arrive and were 100% okay with waiting. You're saying you waited two months to have an order at your door from the time you placed your order due to us not shipping it out and not due to any reason on the part of U.S. Customs? Two months, Mr. Makris? Tell ya what - you post up your original order with the date it was ordered and delivered, I'll post up your entire order history, our email transcripts, your tracking info, and your Delivery Confirmation and if it took your order two months to get there without anything I just mentioned above (i.e. due to Customs), I will refund your entire order plus 10%. Deal? Also, nobody has ever called here and inquired about their order and gotten hung up on. Where do these stories come from?

I recieved the automated email saying my order is being processed, and less than 48 hrs later...the lump of cash was pulled from my account.. So I patiently waited for my order to be "In transit", and i waited for well over a week... So i Emailed and they said yes...your order is sitting here and it will be shipped out today... So then my order status on their website said "in transit"...
So i thought 'wicked'..parts are coming...3 weeks passed...still no parts..so I called again...and fucking lost it...
now keep in mind my car was sitting at the shop awaiting these parts as i was having the timing chains redone at the time...and i made it very clear...that i needed them shipped as fast as possible because of this reason...and even payed the extra hundred bucks or so to have the fastest shipping..
so anyways, when i called and freaked out... they then continued to tell me it seems my order has yet to be shipped out...because the spec clutch was not in stock and the boys at spec were on holidays... I ALMOST fell for that one...untill i decided to email spec, and ask them if they were on holidays and if they had any back orders from mjm autohaus..they replied to my email within an hour and said no we are diligently working here at the shop, and have not recieved any orders from mjm within the past couple months..
so i called back mjm and confronted them...asked them to ship my products out immediately or else cancel my order... over a month had passed by this time since the day i placed my order.. they said yes it is being shipped out today... this was the thursday or friday before waterfest or h20...cant remember... so i awaited my tracking number....nothing came to me...they had gone on holidays and were out of the shop for the week for the car show..
when all was said and done it took approximately 2 months for me to recieve my products...
thats my mjm horror story
First of all, your timeline of the
multiple orders you've placed with MJM Autohaus (from 6/08 to 6/09) are all over the map. The first order you placed with us (that you *somewhat* mention partially accurately above) was placed on 6/23/2008 and was for a clutch, a flywheel, wheel bearings, a seal, and side markers (no downpipe) as seen
HERE! Going back through emails between Customer Service and yourself, it appears the SPEC Clutch was somehow missing from your order, correct? As seen in the link provided, it was then shipped out with UPS (in an effort for you to receive it quicker). UPS tracking number shows that it was there in 5-6 business days (I can post that, too, if you'd like), so I'm a bit confused as to where the "two months" is coming in. Where are you getting two months? "Two months" is a full 60 days here in the states, Demetri. You also darn well know that you
did not have someone at SPEC tell you that we hadn't placed an order with them in two months. Jeremy, our Account Rep, happens to have an account here on AZ and can certainly post up that this was never told to you, nor has MJM Autohaus
ever gone two months without ordering a clutch from *anyone*, much less SPEC Clutch. In fact, I don't think more than a few days have gone by without us buying SPEC products, so again, I'm curious as to where and why you're getting all this foolish information from (including the part about the holidays). Fact is, SPEC only goes on holiday leave during one part of the year - Christmas and New Year's - that's it - but you were correct in that the rest of your order shipped right before the day that our entire staff left for Waterfest in New Jersey (something you knew because your emails back and forth to us, which was not with near the tone you have here, mention this and you led us to believe you were understanding of this, as it was clearly posted on the front page of our site so customers were aware of our availability). As you know, your order was during June - not during the holidays. And yet even more stretching of the truth is that you called
a month after your order?!?!? Are you not seeing that your order actually *SHIPPED* far before a "month" even went by? And you paid "an extra hundred bucks to have the fastest shipping", huh? Interesting, because as seen on your order, you paid $79.70 for USPS Priority Shipping (which is nothing more than Ground). Click on the link yourself. Now, if your initial shipment was shipped without the SPEC Clutch on an error on our part due to a knucklehead in our warehouse, then we have no excuses for that and an apology is owed to you - but please don't get on a public forum and make a mountain out of a molehill with your excessive exaggerations (that I've clearly proven with postings of screen shots of your order) and fabrications of facts in the matter. It's obvious your order wasn't exactly processed in the length of time our orders typically are, and we apologize for that, but refrain from the stretching of truth and exaggerating of the facts of your order.
Now, on to your second order that was placed on 6/26/09 as seen
HERE, this order did indeed have a downpipe on it, and yes, this order was paid with $100 shipping charges to Canada, albeit again, with USPS Priority (not Expedited).
Let's be honest here and call a spade a spade. I'm also curious as to how you supposedly had a such a bad experience with us, then obviously placed two more orders with us, including inquiring yet again *after* your third order with us asking us about our Customer Repeat Specials on Hawk Brake Pads. Was your experience that bad? According you, obviously not. Regardless, if Juan or Charles dropped the ball back then with your SPEC Clutch, then we apologize, but post all the facts - don't make them up in an effort to stretch the truth. I can prove everything I've posted here to be 100% accurate and true.
