No, I've been trying to get in touch directly with VMR but they don't reply to my pms. I also sent them a message through their site but didn't get a response either.

Is the group by a Canadian thing?

So I looked into the group buy, I was quoted $1092 ($1040 +5% GST) and maybe +$80 for shipping if they couldn't be drop shipped directly to me.

A rep from VMR got back to me on Friday, quoted me $699 for the exact same wheels, just waiting to see what shipping will be.

Isn't the idea behind a group buy to get a better price for all involved? What am I missing?
