P0130 indicates a signal problem from your front O2 sensor. Most likely with the heater circuit.

P0131 is also associated with the front O2 sensor and indicates a low voltage signal.

P0139 indicates a slow response from your rear O2 sensor.

P0456 indicates a small leak in the evaporative emissions system. Check out your N80 valve and make sure it isn't partially clogged with debris. Also check all the hoses to and from the N80 for leaks.

Definitely sounds like a sensor problem. Your N80 valve is above the intake box. It is the valve to the left of the check valve with the wiring harness plugged into it.

The P0130 and P0131 are both associated with the front O2 sensor. The one closest to the turbo. The codes are probably caused by the sensor itself but a faulty harness or harness plug connector could also cause the same code. It is possible you damaged the harness wires when you installed your TP. Check the wires to the sensor closely for any cracks or breaks before you replace the sensor. It may be a simple repair to the wires. If everything looks good it is probably the sensor.
