No he actaully left the road at 35-40mph...
The bike had 2 have slowed to around 30ish mph when he went down in grass. How the hell is that even fatal?
The real pathetic part is that he couldn't outrun a cop on a sportbike on a wide open straight road. He must have been drunk or something. He kept revving when the cop rolled up next to him and slipping the clutch and then giving it gas. Why if the road is so straight even with no skill do u not hold that bitch wide open? Stupid momos like that give cops hope that they can catch bikes.

I'm not too familiar with bikes, but wouldn't it make a pretty significant difference that he had a passenger on the back?

A 550WHP Z06 with cams, headers, and full exhaust,Ferrari512 Testarosa,Lambos,E92M3's etc. 2up with luggage and my bike is hauling ass away at 160MPH+. The weight and drag of a passenger is deff noticable in terms of acceleration, but ur talking 60-120 taking something like 4 seconds instead of 3. One of my bike tops out 179GPS, it'll still pull to 171 2 up and thats about the 2 up drag limited speed, just takes a bit longer and it's only really slows accelerating after shifting outta 4th at 150 or so. Thats for a slow, outdated, sport tourer. My buddy has hit over 170 on my speedo healed speedo with me on the back of my own GSXR1K and the bike was still pulling all be it a tad slower then if he were alone. I can still get a knee down 2 up with my usual back seater. One of the instructors for TPM I forget his name hauls around the track faster 2up then almost anyone else on their own an impressive sight if you've never seen a guy pass u under braking 2up then takeoff through the turn dragging his knee and practically his elbow.

I thought cops weren't allowed to chase bikes after a certain speed or distance? Idk I thought my friend told me that a while back.. Maybe only in certain states? Or like not across state lines or something? If that was the case, the ****** should have just stayed on the freeway lol

No chase laws don't really make a diffrence. A cop will just not call in the pursuit and say he was trying to get a tag or was hanging back and the bike wrecked outta sight. Me personally I don't like the no pursuit idea, it makes riding 2 boring ;)

A 600 2 up will still pull past 140, even a 10 year old one. Even if the cop was doing 127 the entire time and the bike 140mph thats 13mph over almost 10 minutes= he shoulda been outta sight 2 miles down the road when he wrecked. I personally think he new to riding and drunk judging by the way he was riding and the fact he would do 130+ then slow to below 100 for no reason on a perfectly straight road while revving at the cop every time the cop rolledup next 2 him. As for riding skills, his first turn was his last turn. Nuff said lolzzz
