    Swapped airbag bladder from Recaro..

And I still get the Airbag light. Took my B7 bladder into my B6 Recaro. Do I have to clear the codes for this to work (ebay Vag-Com)? Will unplugging the battery do the trick?

I'll give it a few days to see what happens. After taking apart 1 seat, it ended only taking about an hour for the other seat. Just takes some patience. If anybody needs help, let me know.

Edit: yes, the pressure plates you could call them:

The airbag light is triggered by the passenger seat belt harness. You buy resistors from the dealer and jump them into the bladder/sensor harness. Theres a diy on audiworld.

I only did the passenger seat.

This is another way to bypass the airbag light, but doesn't keep the functionality of the airbag, just removes the light. I swapped the entire bladder, no resistors are necessary.

Still looking for a way to reset my airbag light...tried my ebay VAG-COM cable, but when I go to the Airbag section, I get a 'no controller' error. Any ideas?
