    Just bought some new 19s!

Ok ok sorry no pics. I will post some as soon as I get them on. They are August Werkes, 19x8. I fell in love with these as soon as I saw them, and I think they will look amazing on my car. My question is this. What size tires will I need to run on these wheels, like I said they are 19x8. My car is 4x4 stance, but will be on h&r race springs by the time the wheels get here. So what size tire do I need, width and sidewall? I dont want to stretch tire or anything like that, I want the tire that wil give me the best ride and performance, without rubbing when I lower my car 2 inches. Also, will I have to do any trimming to run 19s, or are they bolt on? Also, any recomendations on tires would be appreciated, as well as a good place to order them from. Im looking to order them tomorrow, so all help is appreciated. Thanks guys

225x35ZR or 235x35ZR would be fine.

wider tire means more tire touching the ground which is always better. also, some folks just like a fatter ass... that's not so wrong, is it?

Running wheels that cost $250/set is like banging a prostitute without a rubber... it is a huge gamble. Especially since you are buying them from ebay/China.

I can see why they are so cheap... Your running those with no suspension? :shudder:

also helps to add the shipping cost to the final price. sure i payed 20-30 more than they sold for on ebay, but I talked directly with the guy and didnt have to wait for an auction to end.

and a4 rob, not sure what not having suspension has to do with them being so cheap, or if those were meant to be 2 unrelated comments. Anyways, they wont be going on until my suspension shows up. Im curently trying to decide what suspension I want to go with. I am debating between koni coilovers for 1000 bucks from my local performance shop (koni apparently has a huge sale going on, and they are on backorder), or I might go with h&r sport springs with koni yellows. or I might go with the eibach pro kit. For the price, the obvious choice would be the koni coilover setup, but they are on backorder with no ETA. I am pretty torn on that issue. Any ideas?

His point was to put suspension on before new wheels, which I completely agree with.

I agree. I will actually be doing it all at the same time.
