Need help with a few issues!

Hi everyone i just bought a 2001 audi a6 2.7t a few days ago and i was wondering a few things about some random things
-dome light and floor lights only come on when certain doors are open.
-e-brake trim came off and was wondering how to re-attach it.
-windshield washer jet set way to high doesn't even hit windshield.
-heater fan squeaks when fan speed is low.
-rear left window doesn't roll down i think its the window motor but are there any other common problems.
-I need the part numbers for the lower middle front bumper grille and for the button that goes in the headrest to adjust it up and down.

1: Most likely switch in door is either broken or needs cleaning, to get that you need to remove the door trim

2: look at the e-brake and the bottom of the handle should be a clip if it is broken then you need to buy new one, or if you don't want to spend money, just use silicone

3: you can use a sewing needle to point the washer at the right direction, just put needle into nozzle and adjust to right direction

4: most likely is it dirty, bearings tend to go , but you can remove the fan , and clean from dust that collects around bearing, with pressure air gun, there are instructions possibly here how to do the procedure cleaning

5: it could be a window regulator or loose contact, does the other work ? if it doesn't work either there is a lock switch for rear windows could be broken
