Contact Audirs...he has designed one that fits around the shifter, and utilizes an ashtray delete.

Yeah, i know 2 slow. But, i have yet to find another solution. And if i try a custom job, it will definitely not look good. :)

Edit: The one that audirs had was for manual only... I sadly have tiptronic

Try and score an extra set of vent's on ebay, and simple scissors will cut each vent fin out until the gauge fits perfectly.

I wish podi.ca could set up a set of dual or even a single for the c5's. - for now i'm going to try and find audirs mod.

Is this something that people would be interested in? I much prefer this to the pods above the steering wheel. Clutters it up IMO.

Just a thought. I was thinking of giving this a try but I wanted to use a 52mm gauge rather than a 37mm. Here is a link to a vent pod from an A4 that I was thinking of using. I think the vent length is the same and if so, its just a matter of swapping "vents"
