Who knows the best place to pick up a RNS-E unit?

Ive been in the market for a rnse unit for my car for awhile now but everytime one comes up on audizine its sold in a matter of a couple hours and navparts.com has been out of stock/back ordered for awhile now! Not sure if i really trust getting one from ebay so if anyone has any other ideas can you shoot them my way! Ive been searching the internet all morning and im coming up empty handed!

Got mine on eBay. I picked up a Euro unit for cheap and converted it. navplus.us should have the info you need if you decide to go Euro and convert it. If you are not computer savvy, euro conversion may not be for you.

I'm not gonna research it for ya; but theres a company in Taunton Massachusetts that sells remanufactured OEM head units for almost every car imaginable. The name of th company Is BBA Remanufacturing I'mpretty sure that they sell ECU's and just about everything else in a car that is electical. Got mine from Kuko112 on eBay . . . the transaction was fine and he seemed like a good guy.
