wipes idle position

Earlier when I was driving, my wipers just stopped working for a good 5 minutes.

Now it works fine, but the idle position of the right one is a few inches high.

Is this covered under warranty? Anyone ever get this fixed before?

idkk maybe the screw is loose

it happened to me ones on a rainy day but luckly i was next to a gas station who had a mechanic and all it needed was for the screw to be tightened
