Check under your booster. If no there look around your tranny for leaks.

have you changed anything with your brakes lately? When I got SS lines, it wasn't sealing properly, and fluid was coming out of the caliper area.

A common "technician-induced" failure is a torn caliper piston boot. There are 2 main causes.
    - During compression of the caliper piston. If done with a large pair of pliers, one must take care that the plier's "teeth" do not touch the boot, else it can be torn. Using the proper caliper piston tool avoids this risk altogether.
    - During re-installation of the caliper. Especially if the piston/boot is not *fully* compressed back into the caliper, the boot can make contact with the edge of the new pad, possibly tearing it.

It usually happens if the technician/diy-er is careless or isn't using the proper tools. Also, if the tear is not complete, the problem can surface later. Usually, the damage is fairly obvious that it was caused by the tech.

Other things to check (for leaks):
    - Hydraulic clutch system
    - Brake fluid reservoir - I seem to recall a few people needing replacement reservoirs. Perhaps they are a somewhat common failure. I can't recall the reason.
    - Obviously rusted lines or leaky fittings, etc.

Oh and on another note, I haven't changed anything with my braking system at all. This started happening a week ago. I would get 3 beeps and a flashing "BRAKE" light which means that the brake fluid is low. But, when i fill her up with DOT 3&4 synthetic brake fluid, it only takes like 3 days and she's empty again.....

If a wheel cylinder or caliper has bad seals you should see oil all over the inside of your tire. Sometimes that will not leave a puddle for you to readily see, where as a bad line/connnection will. When your moving down the road it[oil] will fly off the tire so that when you park there might not be a patch to be seen.Take a light and look under the car and hood for any obvious leaks. There has to be a place where it is coming out.
