    hello

sorry to barge into this forum with my A6 noobness. just a fast question:

i own a B6 A4 right now (2003) and i am bored with the wheels, so i want to change it up for something different.

browsing around i see these A6 wheels here:

i love these because they remind me of my "fat 5's" from my TT. on the TT they were forged, lightweight, and shined up very nice.

sadly the TT was totalled, and i miss it a lot. here she was:

and finally, the car that replaced the TT and what i am looking for new wheels for:

    so, just a few questions:

    1. are the A6 version of these the same (forged & lightweight)?

    2. size and offset? they look like 18x8s and 5x112 for the A6, but the TT version was 17x7.5 and 5x100?

    3. comments on durability? my TT was an 01 and had 100,000 miles on it and the stock fat 5s were still holding up really well and still shined up nice.

any input would be appreciated and again i apologize for getting in this forum with a noob post

    1. They're forged but NOT lightweight. (Not the heaviest either.) They weigh 26~28 lbs per wheel.
    2. The size and the bolt pattern is correct. Not sure about the offset.
    3. They're very strong.
