good stage 2 deal?

does this sound like a good deal... my local shop owes me 250. so for that price i'm getting a stage 2 flash (revo), and a VMR TP and Labree Downpipe that i have installed, and i'd tell them that we are even on the 250 refund

Good deal... from stage 1 to 2 is generally $50. And the rest is well over $200 in labor.
