    b5 s4 upgrade what lines?

    will stock lines be compatible to b5 s4 brakes? what about the ss lines that ecs sells? i searched and didnt get anything on which lines to use only using ss lines thanks

    IIRC, stock lines are just fine to use. However, it will be quite beneficial to add the SS lines.

    Respectfully, skipping ECS's SS lines would be a good idea. They've been known to not attach correctly and often the outer covers won't effectively cover the steel lines. Recent example here. It's not worth the ~$10-$15 price difference for low quality lines.

    ECS lines suck. Fitment sucks. Don't buy them.


    Any SS line for the B5 S4 (front), B6 and B7 will fit. In fact, the Goodrich P/N is the same for all those.
