RS4 widebody front fenders on OEM bumper

ah someone posted a pic a while back of a WB A4 that retained the stock front bumper. I'm sure it is possible with ours, just extra $$$$ in labor I would guess

Not really, the bottom of the front bumper is seriously bowed from how much stretch was put on the side. It looks good, but that particular job looks like it lacks some of the final fit and finish.

OEM front RS4 bumper looks better, also the side vents makes the bumper alot more aggressive looking. but to each his own.

It won't with properly pulled fenders. Maybe if you DIY in your cold garage it will bow.

I would like to see pics of a clean RS4 bumper but I just want wider fenders on my avant for the front and do like a semi wide body in the rear.

I personally like the look of the oem front bumper vs. Rs4 so I will stop by the body shop and ask whats possible to do

Your not the only one. I personally like the OEM with the RS4 conversion a lot better then the OEM RS4 bumper. Both are better then a replica IMO. A bow would be fairly easy to take care of. I would think that widening the bumper could decrease the bow if there is one already @ stock?

RS4 front fenders alone are enough to run 275 tires easy. Thats 2" larger then the normal 225.

This is a pic of my old s4... the shop that installed it for me didn't do the BEST job, but at least it didn't sag. This is w/o any fender pulling.

Some closeups of my car. OEM RS4 front. No sag on the bottom. Slightly bowed under passenger side headlight but not to bad.

Well my body shop says they can cut the bumper down the middle and widen it that way which will not have a huge bow and i anything it might get rid of the oem bow thats on there now. The process isn't that bad or costly, I'm just worried it might look f'd up or not clean. I'm going stop by GMG and see what they have in stock and if they have ever seen this idea first hand.

I really like the way the oem looks with the rs4 fenders. IMHO the rs4 still looks a bit too racey for me.

mine doesnt bow under but it bows out alittle on the drivers side light.

Don't do it. I have seen the RS4 fenders on the front only and it looks absolutely awful. You will be waisting a lot of money to make your car look terrible. I'm not trying to be a jerk either, it just looks that bad. You can make the regular bumper fit the fenders fine but you really need the widebody flares at all for corners.
