I don't think video can be used as evidence unless the person recording knows that they are being recorded....anybody a lawyer or do I have to call one and find out...

not quite perfect, because when you are an employee, you sign a contract pre employment that usually states conditions of video recording and your legal rights when it comes to theft and all that crap. I'm sure there are laws regarding that as well.

It's a different argument when it's domestic and involves candid video or audio recording.....

...this could probably be resolved with a simple google search, but i'm too lazy.

I'm too lazy too burner. Why does everyone think 18 is the magic age? There are plenty of areas where the law is 16 (including the country i live in).

Also, you can't just 'introduce' new evidence, can you? I thought you have to hand over all the information you have (disclosure) or is that only for the prosecution?

No one in their right mind would even want to be subjected to those charges, let alone 'play along' until the final verdict.

yeah, I'm pretty sure you have to give the other side a chance to review the evidence and prepare their response to it - I mean that sounds more fair.
