Ah yes, that is a one off kit from a company called new dimensions. They actually had two of them and I was able to acquire the other one. Kit ran pretty good once i got the belt to stop slipping. Heat is a big issue mounted above the header!

i was gonna say... that looks piss-poor for placement. without a short runner that shit probably heat soaked like crazy. so post some pictures of your progress so that people have something to look at.. its not like you are the first to install rs6 turbos....

Actually thinking about it new dimensions is the company that was prototyping this, and it never made it. But, i beleive the company that made these was "rimmer"??? Pretty sure that was it

Yes, vast is tuning. Getting a base rs6 tune and going to log the car and make adjustments i guess down the road. After everything is up and running properly I will be adding Vast's water/meth kit, not only for performance end of it but because of how well it protect my investment!

It's funny, I went back and forth on this for so long. When I was considering gt turbos it was a deff. But, not anymore with these k04 028/029 turbos. No real reason... just decided to hone and re-ring.

That is as un-stockline appearing of an engine bay as when Piggie made the first GT kit and re-routed the intake into the firewall!

Nice though, good luck! What are your plans for the car? 1/4 mile, track?

I´ve been following your build and saw you got the car running. What I really like to know how those RS6 hybrids spool. And once you get it tuned how much hp/tq will those turbos make in 2,7l block.

    Good luck

I parked this project for years! Trans ended up burning up the shift collar. Over the past year, she is axles, exhaust, brakes and a bumper from ripping again!

Random question. Did the ERs come with a bracket to move the AC dryer backwards? If so, how is it held to the body?

Mine did not, so I believe, memory from 7 years ago, was to heat it and bend it. Or maybe made my own. I'll see if I can take a look this weekend for you.
