Matte Black VS Gloss Black for 18" Sport Wheels??

Thinking of getting the sport wheels powdercoated. Any suggestions on Matte or Black? I'm a little concerned with brake dust and how this will make the wheel look when it hasn't been cleaned in a while?

Brake dust will make them look like matte, haha. You can have the best of both worlds. I'm guessing from your name that the car is white. I'd go with matte and maybe do a hood and/or roof covering in matte as well if you want to take it all the way.

fwiw gloss is easier to wash stuff off of then matte, this is what i have found out from my experience running both matte and gloss p-coated wheels.

I like matte, almost would go as far as saying I hate gloss finish.

But then again I don't really like black rims, unless its paired with a car that is pulling it off, which requires more than just wheels.

Matte Black (Caps are black now-unlike picture)- BTW- Car is getting lowered this week on Coilovers. The Matte black does hide all the brake dust, its awesome.

    I'd go with gloss.
