Let's Do a Houston MEET

All Houston guys, post up...

I am not aware of any Texas Audi Group meets in the very near future. I would love to put one together, even if 10 or so cars. This cool weather wont be around for very long.

Let's see how many people we can get on this thread.

check out texasaudigroup.com. A few of us are meeting up on Saturday for coffee and cars. Then the next weekend is our monthly GTG.

I'd love to do another meet, just plan somethin, give us a weeks notice or so and post it up here. If you don't have an account of Texas Audi Group, then I'll post a link to this on there.
Be sure to make it next week to the Hooters meet. Everything is free!!!! Except for alcaholic beverages. ;)

Yeah, I don't think I will be going to that one. I wouldn't feel comfortable driving my car that far in its current state. Perhaps I could get a ride from one of the Houston guys that are going

If your free tomorrow for lunch, were having quite a large GTG at Hooters on I45 across from Millenium Audi. The wings and drinks are free (at least the non-alcoholic ones

Well Ben, just to clarify... it is free for 25 people and those spots are already full, but that doesn't mean more people can't come. We'd love to see a lot of people show up. I just wanted to make sure no one comes expecting free food and then not getting it. Definitely hope you guys can make it out, there should be a lot of Audis there.

Edit: Only after returning to read my post an hour later did I finish reading your post as well. In any case, all of you guys strongley urged to come out tomorrow, free wings or not! Lots of Audi's (15 I think), and the vast majority of the Houston owners will be there. Very, very cool guys!

I'll be in for a Houston meet if I ever get my car back from the shop. What was supposed to take "a couple of weeks" has turned into a couple of months.

Tre', where in Cypress are you? I remember seeing an Avant goingt through Longwood once, but thats the only time. If you need any help on your car, just lemme know!

I know the feeling. I just got mine back yesterday after it was in the shop for 5 weeks.

Well I'm glad you found it! It's refreshing to see another C5 chassis 2.7t owner.

Hey guys, I'm coming in from Tyler on May 1. It's the CobaltSS.net Lone Star Bash. To my knowledge, we're going to a track around the area, I'd love for some Audi guys to meet there. I'll find out what track and what time, and maybe some of you can come up there.

There are lots of cool people there, and it's more active (locally) than the regional section of AZ.

There's a thread about the meet in the Houston section. Somewhere burried in there...haha. :)
