Just what I have been looking for. Cost?

I have wanted to go CF on the hood for a long time. But the only choices have been OEM look (which is good) and Boser/Euro cowl hoods (IMO bad)

This retains clean OEM lines and adds some venting. Perfect.

Instead of pictures maybe I can ask a few questions, are the vents open, or is there a mesh? On the underside of the hood are all the vents exposed? Meaning all 7 vents are functional rather then 1-2.

All the vents are functional, openings are through the bottom also, no mesh. Yes you can pick up locally.

The way the vents are angled basically covers most of the openings. The way rain can really get in efficiently is only if its somehow shot in side ways through the slits. Also the air pressure differential on the hood really won't let a lot of water get in under normal conditions.

I think the concern is if it is raining on the car while it is parked, and water is running off the hood. Anything that runs into the vents is going to go through and drop...somewhere....

I hear you. Thats going to be the case for all vented hoods. From factory vented hoods on EVOs and Jaguars to aftermarket hoods. Through the years though, I haven't heard anyone that had problems with their car due to the vents.
