Real LMs clear 6 piston Brembo Cayennes?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Been searching but no definite answer. I have a few new things going on the car in a few weeks once it gets warmer and need some clarification. I have a set of Cayenne 6 piston Brembo Calipers that are going on the car behind some Authentic BBS LM wheels 19x8.5 et32 in the front. Has anyone tried the combo or knows how big of a spacer I will need to clear the caliper? I would much rather have everything I need before installing the parts.

I know real LM's will clear the Brembo 6piston 355 kit we carry.
No idea how that compares to the kit you're putting together.

Well, since the Cayenne calipers bold directly to the hub it will the same at the ECS Stage 4 brake kit as far as clearance is concerned.

Real LM's here. 19x8.5 ET32 running the 6 piston Brembo GT 355 kit. Need a 5mm spacer to clear by ~1.5mm. Done deal!

I'm trying post pics but for some reason I can't.

Just last week I had real LM's 18 x 8.5 with the stage 4 ecs big brake kit installed, no spacers needed. I don't recall what the et was but I bought them from BBS for my B5 S4 Avant. If anyone can help with how to upload that would be great. I didn't have a problem before.

Yup super close! When we installed them at PureMS with Mike we used some business cards to check the clearance after the spacers. If I remember it was 3 business cards clearance, LOL! I've since checked em with a caliper and it's ~1.5 mm. The calipers are fixed so you don't need to worry if the clearances change with the pad thickness.

I'd call ECS tuning since they carry that kit. They may know the differences between the GT and Cayenne calipers, they could very well be the same.

I checked on TireRack and the 18x8.5 B5 S4 fitment has an offset of +30. I'll try ECS to see if they might know.

Apparently ECS doesn't know. Also they told me there's a template somewhere on the site but I can't find it.

I also have the template and I don't recall if I got it from BBS or ECS. I will send it to you when I locate it, it was sent to me via email so I'm thinking I still have it. That sounds right regarding the specs you found on tire rack, if you haven't already check with BBS or their website. I feel silly, I have everything you need but evidently I have become technically challenged.
