Please read carefully. This may be a great deal for someone in the MD area (and for others who may be willing to travel) interested in having their S5 look like this:

I am getting ready to trade my car in to get something more comfortable like a sedan or SUV. Since I won't get any benefit from my aftermarket modifications, I thought maybe someone local could get better use from them for a small cost.
Here is what I am proposing. You can have my wheels, lowering springs and exhaust in exchange for stock parts and $500. You would also have to pay for the labor for the parts swap. My guess is that springs will cost $300 and the exhaust swap maybe $200. In that case, it would cost you $1,000 in labor and $500 for the parts. The labor might be less, especially if we are bringing them two cars at once. The wheels alone cost about $5,000 new.
You must have the stock exhaust from the downpipes to the tips. You must have stock wheels and tires must have at least 50% tread. I don't really need your springs because I have the stock springs but you will still have to pay for the labor.
Here is what I have:
Wheels:
20" J Line forged SDMsl2 (two piece, step lip)
20x9.5 rear, 20x8 front
Custom made for S5
Includes spacers.
Each wheel was well over $1,000 each.
Tires:
Rear: 255/30/20 Toyo Proxes T1R
Front 245/30/20 Toyo Proxes T1R
Est. 80% tread left.
With the spacers, these tires give perfect stretch fit.
If you don't use the spacers, then you can go wider in the rear.
Exhaust:
Custom mandrel-bent 2.5" stainless steel system using one center muffler (x-pipe muffler from Magnaflow). No rear mufflers! Quad 3.5" polished tips. Modeled after the AWE system. Welded to the middle of the downpipes. You have to hear it to understand how well this system was built. Paid $1,000.
Springs:
H&R sport springs. $300 or so msrp.
If you are interested, or have questions, or would like to meet up so you can check it out, let me know as soon as possible. As soon as I find my next car, I am going to trade my car in with the aftermarket parts if necessary. But please do not bother if you do not have the stock exhaust (from downpipe back) and the stock wheels.
PM me.
Steve
