Run to the Hills Photo Thread

AWESOME DAY, 50+ cars or so just over 75 participants, we have everything from Ferrari, to Lotus, to Porsche, to Mercedes, to BMW, multiple Audis and VW's the weather held, everyone seemed to have a great time

I cant thank everyone enough for showing up and making this happy, espically thanks to Exalt Motorsports for the doughnuts and coffee this morning, and to the K1 Speed Carlsbad indoor kart racing center for the Gran Prix race.

theres all kinds of photos floating around so heres a group shot my GF took of everyone there at the top of Palomar Mt at Moms Cafe, yes thats snow on the ground....post up your photos

Shhmaudi- you were the black 1.8t huh? i remember your car... the black lightweight wheels and black tint. I remember you were behind me and i couldnt shake you if i tried!

Yea I was black audi with the carbon fiber hood.. Gun metal flik justice wheels with some tints on the windows.. Are you the car in the background of the pic above?!? That was a blast! You were keepin a good pace! I probably could have carried a little more speed into some of the turns, we were doin work!! We were holdin off that Ferrari behind us pretty well!! Do you know screen name of the guy who owns the b6 a4 in the picture above? He was kickin ass!! I was following him through this one section! Lets just say I have never brought my car to the limits it was at yesterday!! Literally sliding around turns and giving it so much gas right past the apex that my back tires would be sliding!! I LOVE QUATTRO SO MUCH FUN!

Yeah that's mine. Thanks I was trying to keep as fast of a pace as my worn out 205's would let me! Lol yeah I could tell ur car was pretty fast...when johnny(grey a4 on black wheels) would slow down to give us more room to push it u caught up to me real quick at the end of 2nd! That part of th drIve was probably my favorite. Me and u were probably the only b5's if I remember correctly... Mabel a couple others. It was fun for sure I'm down for that again in the summer if anyone else is. This drive did remind me I need wheels/tires and a rear strut!

Not sure if Johnny has a name on here I'll ask him next time I'm at the shop. It was a lot of fun driving with him I ended up behind him on the majority of the cruise.

Yea I had a blasty blast! It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the drive!! I am sooo glad there was no one else on the road, It made it soo much better! There were hardly any cars the whole time. I only say one cop at the very end of the drive where the street lights were. Besides the other silver b5 there that donated me a ziptie becuz my freakin boost line kept popin off, we were the only b5s there. Woot woot!! We def did hold our own!! Johnny works at EXALT MS? I was bummed I didnt get to talk to him afterwards.. Lemme know when you need tires I have a tire hook up! They took a bunch of pics! I hope they post em up soon! GOOD TIMES!!
