    Angry leaking tranny fluid, clutch slipping. HELP

    Got my car back 4 days ago after stage 3 minus install and its feeling good but the clutch is now slipping through all gears, i just put a stg 3 clutch in in november along w. light weight fly wheel. the clutch was only slippng in 3rd but now its terrible through all gears. parked car nd let it sitrunning and there is tranny fluid on the ground. now idea whats going on, please help!!!!

    Your clutch was slipping before you put k04s in and now you wonder why its slipping with more power???? Am I missing something here?

    i replaced the clutch. it was slipping since i got it back from stg 3 install not since i replaced the clutch. and its not brake fluid

    Unless you lost a seal inside the transmission, leaking gear oil wouldn't get to the clutch easily. If you're sure it's not brake fluid, the only thing I can think of causing that kind of slipping on a new clutch is a rear main seal leak. A bad one.

    Is it the rear main seal leaking and causing the clutch to slip?

    Better hope a part of your pressure plate didnt let go and crack your trans case........Ive seen that. not pretty..

    Sounds like the rear main seal blew or the front transmission seal went.....Did you have them replaced as a precautionary measure while you were in there????

    Take it back to the shop and they should take care of it.
