Can't comment on them for Audis, but I had a set of Tien S-tech springs on a Mazda Protege5 about 7 years ago and liked them a lot. Real nice even stance and comfortable ride.

Tein S.techs are ONLY for aesthetics.... they look great, but your handling will suck compared to any other spring/shock strut combo out there.... if you never drive your car spritidly then buy them. If you enjoy handling, do not buy them

what about h&r Race? (not sure if they ever made the RACE version for the b7 audi) or Neuspeed RACE.... both are low, but handle better

I don't know about the A4 but if you go over to NASIOC there is a whole sticky about why not to use Tein S Tech springs on Subarus. Basically the ride and handling will suck...but you will look mad tight yo!

There are many high quality options out there for our cars such as H&R, Neuspeed, Eibach, etc.

I got me a set of ABT sportline springs.
    If I helped you...Rep me!

i have tein s techs on my car n i dont know y n e one would say that its just for looks, every car ive owned ive only used springs, the handling def improves, body roll is def reduced and of course it looks alot better. The main problem is u feel every bump a whole lot more

the only way i would run S.TECHS on an audi was if you match them up with a high quality shock.strut combo....

so H&R springs with stock struts would definetely be a better way to go if ride quality is the primary issue?
