    * Please Note: Full height injectors are for AEB/AGU motors, while short height injectors are for small port motors.

My AMB requires spacers, and it idles fine.

He don't know what he is talking about. You need spacers to lift the fuel rail up about 1/4" where you put the 2 bolts through to tighten it down. You can just get something like 2 nuts that the bolts will slide through to space it out some.

Why did you tell him they were direct bolt on and spacers weren't needed? Did you get your hands on one of those magical 70mm B5 S4 throttle bodies yet that don't exist?

With spacers does that not make it a direct bolt on?

And yes I got my hands on one of the magicall 70mm B5 S4 throttle bodies and DOCUMENTED it for everyone. There is a wrong way and a right way to do things. Take a guess which one I did ;)

FYI there are 4 different 2.7TT intake manifolds and 3 different throttle bodies, early S4's had a 65mm throttle body and some even had a 75mm throttle body but that has nothing to do with this topic :)

I am just going by what the guy said. He said "Apparently spacers are not needed. Issam told me they were direct bolt on" All I can take from that is that you said you didn't need spacers. Maybe he worded it wrong, maybe he didn't. Either way, he has been told how to fix the "problem" very easily with 40 cents worth of nuts
