no fuk dg.. lolzlz. The car is going to be Pearl white. The engine bay has been currently re sprayed to a vw pearl black... i did not want a white engine bay as i think it looks horrible over time. :)

we are currently leaning towards the lambo pearl white. any other sexy pearl whites you guys think is nice...

does anyone know if the benz black edition is pearl white or not...

there should be earlier pics of the rear fenders in the earlier threads. They are all just one piece full metal. Through the use of a english wheel we were able to achieve the perfect flare.

the car is currently at the engine shop, getting everything put back in the engine bay.

after engine is installed, the car is going back to the body shop to get painted.

stay posted for more updates! more custom carbon on its way (post some pics matt!!!)

hey guys. sorry for the lack of updates recently... have been very busy with final weeks of school..

The car is still at the engine shop. I am waiting for my builder to free up some more time so that he can get started.. should start by the end of this week.

front and sides are Oettinger.. rear is a s4.

and i dunno about copy.... these flares are made fully from metal and shaped using a english wheel.. i think this is a first in the b6 community.

i didn't want to approach it using the fiberglass method

They are. However they are wrapped in real carbon fiber, and not the fake vinyl stickers that have become popular recently.

keep it white. the Lambo Pearl soundsl ike a great idea as long as you can put in the right accent of colour. Like some green brakes or some crazy colour like that. i guess i am a big fan of plain coloured cars with "stick out accents". keep us posted as well.

EDIT: if you do infact do a crazy colour like orange or green.... that would be just as cool if not cooler.

For some reason, this just doesn't look right to me. Having those wide fenders without RS4 'style', wide side skirts (or rocker panels?) to carry the lines from fender to fender, just looks off. Anyone agree with me?

Need to keep the wideness all the way around, like this:
